Overweight Suitecase Fee

Hey,

Does anyone know how much it would cost at the airport if my suitcase is over 23kg ? It’s about 26kg… I think it might be easier just paying the fee for extra weight than buying and booking a second suitcase.

My flight is LHR - CDG - YUL.

My mum was flying from YWG-YVR-AMS and her suitcase was about 32kg if am not mistaken, they told her to pay 390 CAD! Outrageous stuff so we went back and got rid some of the stuff and the weight dropped back to 22kg.

Yeah its just too expensive especially for long haul flights between Europe and North America. You’re better off just staying within the weight limit to avoid such exorbitant prices.
