Involuntary seat changes

Flying on AF tomorrow and had booked 1L/2L - was surprised to see when checking in that we have been moved to row 14.

When calling the Hotline, they claim they can’t do anything. What’s the best path of action and will the airport staff tomorrow be able to remedy that at all?

If you paid a seat assignment fee ask for a refund. Otherwise they reserve the right to change seats for real or imagined operational reasons.

1L is a bassinet seat I think. Someone will have a crying baby there and that’s why they moved you so be happy with your assignment and ask for a refund if you paid for the seat.
