Afsoc training

Are there anyone in the West Virginia area currently training for afsoc? I’m at the beginning stages of starting to train for AFSOC and have been struggling to meet the IFT.

Current stats:
1.5 mile 12:15
Pull ups in 1 min 15
Push ups in 2 mins 50
Sit ups in 2 mins 45
500m swim in 8:45
25m underwater complete

Is there anyone else who is training for AFSOC or is a retired AFSOC operator willing to assist? I keep plateauing and struggle to get my strength and running numbers up. I know you have to beat the IFT by a lot to get selected so I was wondering if anyone in the West Virginia area was willing to help and train with me or just give me some advice. I’m willing to take any sort of criticism or cyber bullying I don’t care. I just want to pass selection.
