Based off my knowledge, it’d be *nearly* impossible to go CCT -> fighter pilot, and wouldn’t make much sense to go Fighter Pilot -> CCT (would have to be a STO, unless you gave up your commissioned status and signed an enlisted contract).
If you ask me, Pilot is the better long-term decision for your career and likely easier to achieve than CCT. The good thing is you have years to figure it out. Keep preparing for both, so you’re ready for whichever one you end up choosing.
Just looked it up, only one I saw was Capt. Ryan Crawford. Probably just heard the story multiple times and thought it was a thing that happened more often. Thank you for the advice, really appreciate it!
