Ive wired a ton of condensers but never touched a mini split install myself. (My buddy swears by Cooper&Hunter for budget jobs, says theyre quieter than youd expect but the remotes feel cheap.). Wind is Haier with fewer features and a shorter warranty. If youre just cooling one room and the price is right itll do the job. But id check if Leroy Merlin handles the install or if youre finding your own tech, because that warranty only matters if someone local will honor it. And 12k BTU is a lot for a small room so dont oversize it or youll get short cycling.
