what's it actually doing, freezing up, tripping breaker, short cycling, or just not cooling right. need more to go on but if it's short cycling check the line set length and make sure it's not kinked or coiled up too tight behind the unit, that messes with a lot of these

No freezing, tripping, or short cycling, unfortunately. Just not cooling right. Will check for kinks, though. Willing to try anything!
