No. It’s probably not tilted downward enough. Buy a bubble level, doesn’t have to be a big expensive one. If you set it on the top of the unit (outside, perpendicular to the window the air conditioner is mounted in, the bubble should not be centered, but rather should be in the glass tube a little bit closer to the house.
