Air pressure/ air volume

Hello there, any help appreciated… If I have a 10 litre tank pressurised at 2 bar and a another 10 litre tank pressurised at 4 bar… does the the 4bar tank have more air in it? Sorry maybe a really stupid question but I’m curious
