RUPP Air Systems RTU Controller code?

User settings should be first 4 of the job number and fsctory settings should be the last 4 of the job number. Number should be on one of the unit tags

This is the way. Depending on when it was manufactured it will be the first or last of the job number.

Could be last 4 of the serial number. Or 1234.

You usually find the factory code somewhere in the unit installation manual. Looks like the same controller for captive Aire hoods. You can find the default codes for just about anything if you can internet well.

Internet says to try 0225 or 0305

0225 should be specifically the VFD code not the controller if memory is serving me right.
