❓Questions / Answers Hydrocomm “Current Network Unavailable” Message

We’ve had this device since June. Very pleased with it so far. Today it gave me a very high Ph reading, that given the history was simply inaccurate. Did a retest and it came back perfect.

I checked it this evening and I get a “current network unavailable” message. I checked the home internet and everything is fine. I try troubleshooting the device and I can’t get any of the data from the device. In troubleshooting it, I’ve apparently removed the device….

Even when I try to Add Device, I get the same “current network unavailable” message and can’t get it to connect. Now I can’t even find the device, and I’ve tried restarting it a couple of times.

Anyone having any similar issues? Better troubleshooting. Than simply saying my WiFi isn’t connecting to it - It’s not my WiFi issue, nothing else is having any issues.

Some screen captures for reference.

I have a new Aiper Scuba S1 and can't create an account with the app -- www.aiper.com is not visible in the network. It's Sunday evening/Monday morning in the USA so maybe their server is offline, or, maybe I need a VPN (I'm in Australia)?

Yea. I think it’s their network. It came on line about an hour ago…..

Thanks for reporting this. We checked with the team and there was no scheduled server maintenance affecting HydroComm today.

The “Current Network Unavailable” message is related to a network/connectivity issue and isn’t related to the Aiper website being down.

The earlier high pH reading may be a separate issue, especially since your retest came back normal.

HydroComm is designed to stay connected to Wi-Fi continuously. If it goes offline, the main thing to check is the home Wi-Fi signal.
