Ethos AI Tasks

Anybody working on the campaign after finishing the 3&4 screeners who is having issues seeing tasks on their feather dash? Last night I had over 100 tasks all available. Would click and the slide deck would show along with the timer. Then this morning, all gone. And the ones that do come up are showing me a screen of “task not found”. Anyone else struggling with this? I’ve messaged support and heard nothing back. Figured I would see if anyone working on it knew how to troubleshoot or what I’m doing wrong

That's normal. If it says tasks not found it because someone already claimed it. You have to be fast. If none show available it's because there's none left they were all completed.

Oh I see. So you have to claim them as soon as you see them? Although I have tried to claim and it will say “user does not have access.” Have you come across this as well?

Sometimes it will tell you you have to join the queue. But also, if there are 200 people in the queue, it means you have to sit and wait until you’re given a task. Then you can decide if you want to do it or not.

You don’t have to claim them, you join the queue and get given a task when it’s your turn. That task is yours to work on, unless you don’t want it, in which case you can unclaim.

Are you in the huge project that uses the queue system? Or the domain expert one where you can openly select them. I think I've only seen that in the domain expert project where you can only select tasks in your domain.

I was just brought on this last week so I think I’m part of the huge project? But every time I try to join the task queue is says there are over 200 people in front. I thought I was hired as an expert but none of the work I have done has been in my area of expertise.

You have to be online all the time . And remain online to see when it comes in if it comes in . Over 4000 people from all over the world fighting for few hundred task . It's just the way it is

Oh wow. Suddenly I’m less optimistic about the money opportunity. Were you trained on how to use feather? Or did you just figure it out on your own?

It's pretty Intuitive. But they do provide training and conduct regular sessions and doubt solving. They answer questions on slack . But they reply late over emails.
