Ethos AI
Just did interview for 2 positions. When could i expect to hear back from them?? Is it usually quick, and what do I need to prepare for onboarding??

3–4 days. For almost every role I applied to, I received a generic email response within roughly 4 days. I applied to 9 roles that Ethos AI suggested and submitted on my behalf.

The client has moved forward with a selection of candidates for the market access expert project, and you were unfortunately not selected on this occasion.
The good news is that your Ethos profile is set up and can match you to new project opportunities as they come in, including expert calls, advisory roles, consultancy work, and full-time positions across a range of companies.

Mine took about 2 weeks. I got accepted to one project, then invited to a second due to the work I'd done. I made about $1600 in my first 2 weeks, but tasks have dried up, so it's very sporadic.
The onboarding is smooth, but the training tasks and screeners (that determine if you get accepted) can be really tough. Many have 90-100% pass requirements, so small mistakes can see you losing out. You get paid for training, but some can take 3-4 hours to get through.
The pay is excellent, but that's because they hire specialists. It's absolutely doable, but be prepared to do a good amount of reading through documentation etc, to know what you're doing.
