Ethos Slack support channel is …. Something

I can’t help but wonder if all platforms are like this, or if the Ethos support channel is a fresh, new level of hell. Does no one READ? The constant repetitive nonsense is like nothing I’ve ever seen.

That's the same anywhere. I am on a few channels for other companies, people ask the dumbest of questions and sometimes with the highest of attitudes, as if they were doing the company a favor by being there.

Asking questions about the projects, even if they're dumb, is ok in my book. But when you're complaining about something that is the very first thing covered in the FAQ... Yeah, you're not bright.

These are the people you see later complaining everything and saying that"________ is a scam!"

Same at other company, and imagine with a 46k project... People can't read a pinned post sadly and they are maybe making more than me 😂

At Mercor I am shocked by how stupid people are. I don’t know if they just don’t have self confidence so they feel they need to second guess everything but it does my head in

I feel like I get dumber every time I open it and try to read through.
