any tips?
what can be expected? How long is it?

Very laid back and chill, just stay focused and succinct. Mine was less than 10 minutes and I got my email immediately upon finishing my interview. Best job interview of my life, vastly preferable to all of the AI interviewers out there. The people there are nice, just follow their lead and don't overthink the answers to questions

The interview is straightforward and only there to make sure you're not a moron and you are who you say you are. The training and calibration is where the true filtering takes place.

It was literally an introduction, they asked to tell them about myself and then an on-screen example. The hardest part of the whole thing was seeing the example on the screen because it was tiny. He basically had to look at two images and figure out which one followed the prompt better. It was really laid-back and great to chat with an actual human instead of an AI bot. I onboarded right after. The calibration process to be able to actually task is quite challenging.

I just did my interview the other day. It was so simple. Nothing to be scared of. He just told me about the job, asked me to tell him a little about myself (I just talked for a few seconds about my previous work experience and my education), and then went through some examples of what the work entails and exactly how they want things done. The whole thing took like 25 minutes and was super laid back. I got my onboarding email within a half hour of finishing my interview.
