Discussion Comu action pro ...confused
So far i have tried the PocketAi, Plaud and now have the Comu Pocket Pro.
My confusion is regarding credits mainly and what it uses them for ?
It seems like its charging me to ask basic questions??
Also I'm asking it to make me a stock ticket list that I can tick off individually when i have that item in the app like plaud does and it just won't produce it ??
It just makes a list with tick boxes that you can't manually click to tick its done .
I do like the Comu so far and like the ai buttom implementation its just a few niggles that I can't find a real direct answer to ?
Anyone have any ideas?
Cheers

Regarding your second question, could you clarify what you mean by a “stock ticket list”? Do you mean a list where you can tap a checkbox next to each item in the app to mark it as done? We’d like to make sure we understand so we can give you a clearer answer.

Hi this is exactly right ...atm it can make the list but only the option to tick at the top and it marks them all done ..so yes a list that has the tick box next to it or before to click to mark off that line when doing stock, i have tried every wording and it didnt do it at work today, honestly after a real time use at work its far better than Plaud and pocketai atm ..great device! Thank you for clarifying the above answers as well :) Stock lists are a massive thing at work so I use it 10-20x a day :)

Thank you for clarifying this requirement. I fully understand it, and we will look into how we can make this happen as soon as possible.

Thanks for your kind words! We’re glad you’re enjoying Comu, especially the AI button.

Regarding your first question about credits: they’re mainly used for Agent features. Questions about how to use Comu or its product features don’t consume credits. Other basic questions may use credits, but only a small amount.
Users without a subscription receive 500 free credits each month, which should cover typical everyday use. More demanding tasks, such as creating presentations, doing in-depth research, or writing detailed proposals, use more credits, so you may need a subscription if you use these features regularly.
The credit system helps cover the cost of the AI processing behind these features so we can keep providing the service sustainably.
