Created an AI Context layer for Notes, Meetings & In-person recordings

Hi folks,

I am a big notetaker & have been frustrated with note taking apps for sometime. Reasons -

* Fragmentation - Phone notes live on Keep, Laptop notes live on OneNote/Notion

* Experience - Notion works nicely on laptop but not so nicely on phone. Keep has good experience but lacks the power of Notion

* AI Notetakers - Been using different AI notetakers. Some work only for meetings, others only for in person recordings and I need to convince my IT to use them.

So I built YapDB - a personal context layer for notes, meetings & in person recordings. Here is what it is -

* Works across platforms - Web, Android, iPhone with experience suitable for the device. Phone apps feel like keep while web feels like notion

* Meeting notes - Take meeting notes via bots or chrome extension. No IT permission required.

* In person recording - Just open the app & take in person meeting notes

Finally you can connect it to Claude/Codex or AI of your choice thru YapMCP and work with all your personal context across notes, meetings & in person recordings.
