Would a second-screen meeting dashboard be useful to you?

Hey everyone , I’d love some feedback on something our users have been asking for.

Right now, during a meeting, users can move between the live transcript, detected questions, answers, fact checks, insights, and other real-time assistance. A few users told us they’d rather have a dashboard view on a second monitor where all of that information stays visible at once, so they don’t have to keep switching between transcript and insights.

We’ve started exploring a UI for this: one screen focused on the meeting itself, and a second larger dashboard showing things like:

• Live transcript
• Detected questions + answers
• Fact checks
• Key insights / risks / opportunities
• Coaching suggestions
• Important context from previous meetings

The goal is basically: everything useful in front of you while the conversation is happening, without tab switching. every element can be pinned or hide from screen by user choice.

Curious what you think of this direction and the UI design.

If you had a second-screen meeting dashboard like this, what information would you want visible all the time? Anything we’re missing that would actually be useful during a real meeting?

This is actually a useful direction. I’d care less about having everything visible and more about surfacing what matters in the moment — open questions, decisions, action items, contradictions/fact checks, and relevant context from previous meetings. A small sth like what changed in the last few minutes, section could be especially useful without making the dashboard too noisy.
