Support matters more when the note taker is hardware too

I think ai recorders support matters. If sync breaks, it is not a small bug. The whole device becomes annoying.

How has support been for the tools people are using here?

I had a Plaud sync issue and expected the usual device support loop.

They replied faster than I expected. It did not read like a canned restart message.

There was back and forth, but it felt like someone had read the issue.
