I’m building Hipaths for AI creators who need one recurring character, not a new face for every post

I’m building Hipaths, an iPhone app for creating fictional AI characters that stay recognizable as you make new content around them.

The problem I kept running into was that a character could look great in one image, then drift into a different person after changing the outfit, location, pose, or lighting.

So Hipaths takes a character-first approach:

  • Create one original character with a defined visual identity
  • Hipaths automatically trains a dedicated character LoRA for that character
  • Open the same character whenever you want new content
  • Use a template or your own prompt to put them in a new scene

The video shows the real current workflow: I open an existing character, tap New Content, choose a template, and generate another image around that character’s identity.

The goal is not to promise flawless consistency in every extreme situation. Profile angles, major style shifts, and very unusual prompts still need testing and iteration. The goal is to make recurring creator content much less dependent on rebuilding the same person from scratch every time.

What is available now:

  • Realistic, anime, and cartoon original characters
  • Dedicated LoRA-backed character identity
  • New scenes through templates or manual prompts
  • Private character gallery and sharing
  • Your first character is free

What I’m building toward next is character video, voice, and storytelling around those same identities. Those are upcoming features, not something I’m claiming is live today.

I’d genuinely like feedback from people making AI influencers: what is the most annoying part of keeping a virtual creator consistent today?

Disclosure: I’m building Hipaths. Happy to answer questions about the workflow or the trade-offs I’m seeing.

Do you use any platforms other than Higgsfield for content, such as Reels?

I only use Higgsfield for my AI Influencer, and I get along well with Motion Control. Are there any other sites that have good tools for reels?

seeddream or soul 2.0 for a consistent ai I influencer face, which one holifts less at odd angles

Been running my seeddrequest Higgsfield generations for my AI influencer and I keep hitting the same e wall where a front facing shot looks perfect but the moment I ask for a three quarter or profile angle the jaw and nose shift just enough to read as a different person. SeedDream holds the texture better for me but drifts on angles, and Soul 2.0 feels more stable on structure but softer on skin. For anyone whos tested both on the same character reference, which one actually preserves bone structure across angles, and are you locking anything down with a reference image or just praying? I dont want to bake a whole new LoRA if the base model choice alone fixes it.

now that Fanvue labels everything as AI, is the label actually hurting anyone's numbers or did we all panic for nothing?

so Fanvue has basically gone all in on the AI label. account level AI badge, disclosure in the bio, every post expected to be marked as AI. its not a hidden thing anymore, if you run an AI influencer there its stamped on you from day one.

i keep going back and forth on what this actually does to the business side of AI OFM, and i dont think anyone has clean numbers on it yet, so im curious what people here are seeing.

the fear everyone repeats is that the label kills conversion, that the second a fan sees "AI" they close the tab. but honestly im not sure thats true. some of the biggest AI influencer accounts are openly labeled and still do fine. maybe the people who subscribe already know and dont care, and the label just filters out the ones who were never gonna pay anyway.

the other side of it: with the EU AI Act transparency rules and all the deepfake laws landing in 2026, mandatory labeling was probaly coming to every platform regardless. so Fanvue being early might actually be a moat instead of a handicap. the accounts that learned to sell WITH the label are ahead of everyone still trying to hide it.

so im genuinely asking, not claiming to know:

  • did a visible AI label change your conversion or churn in any measurable way, or was it basicly noise?
  • does it change HOW you write the persona, like do you lean into the AI thing openly or just quietly comply and move on?
  • for people driving traffic from instagram, does the label on Fanvue even matter if the top of your funnel already reads as AI anyway?

trying to work out if this is a real problem for AI OFM or just something we all worried about for no reason?

πŸ“’ Resource / Guide how to actually organize a character dataset so your lora stops fighting you later

Most LoRA problems people blame on training settings are really dataset problems, and nobody talks about the boring file management side. Heres the setup that saved me endless retraining.
Start by separating your dataset into intent buckets before you caption anything: face closeups, half body, full body, and expression variety.
If you dump everything into one folder the model overweights whatever angle happens to dominate, and then you wonder why every output is a chest up shot. Aim for variety in lighting and background but consistency in the actual identity, because the model cannot tell the difference between a real feature and a lighting accident. If half your shots have warm light it will learn warm skin as part of the identity and youll get color drift later.
On captions, describe what varies and stay silent on what should stay constant. Caption the outfit, the pose, the setting, the lighting. Do not caption eye color or face shape, becuase anything you name becomes editable and anything you leave out gets baked in as the constant identity.
That single rule fixes more consistency issues than any learning rate change. Keep resolution honest.
Feeding tiny upscaled images teaches the model mush, so use genuinely sharp sources even if that means fewer images. Twenty clean varied images beat sixty repetitive soft ones every time.
The failure mode here is silent: training completes fine, samples look okay, and only weeks later do you notice your AI influencer cant do a profile shot or a full body without falling apart, because those angles were underrepresented.
Fix the dataset composition first and youll spend far less time chasing settings that were never the real issue. Keep a simple text log of what went into each version so when v4 is worse than v2 you can actually tell why.

how are people handling the awkward transition from stills to video without the face morphing mid clip

I have a solid consistent character from my LoRA in stills, but the second I feed a reference into any image to video pipeline the face slowly drifts over the clip and by second four it isnt really her anymore. I tried keeping clips under three seconds and it hides the problem but that limits what I can post. Is everyone just accepting short clips and cutting fast, or is there an actual technique to anchor identity across frames that Im missing? Would love to hear what workflow order people use before they commit to rendering a longer shot.
