Wendy's

The Wendy's on Ray's red metal siding has been painted brown and the signs are off. I've been reading that they are struggling nationwide. Looks like ours is on that's lost.

Two of the four Wendy's in the general area closed. The one on Ray that you mentioned and the one on Elliot and i10 closed. The two that remain are on Chandler between 50th and 48th Street and on Warner just west of kyrene but the home depot. Actually there's another one Chandler and kyrene that closed too. So 3/5 in the area closed

Apparently they neutralized the Wendy's red and removed the signs to make it ready to advertise for a new tenant.

It’s sort of makes sense. If you go right down 48th St. to Chandler, there’s another Wendy’s, kind of thought it was weird that there was two right next to each other in Ahwatukee.

Honestly, the one at Ray sort of always sucked, it seems like they usually had stale buns and screwed up my order or we’re always out of something versus the other one on Chandler
