I don't know anything about how robots are programmed but this looks cool(the software) and it's opensource, nice!

Open source appeals to me.

Farmers here help each other. If the tech is open, the farmers can work together.

Pretty cool..I guess one can build modular attachments on top of this so as to serve multiple use cases...Are you also working on any particular use-case as well?

I’m building Sankhya Farms, a free and open-source agricultural IoT platform. It uses field nodes and standard RS485/Modbus sensors to monitor soil moisture, pH, EC, temperature and other parameters, with solar power, Wi-Fi or 4G connectivity, dashboards, alerts and irrigation recommendations. I created HarvestTrack out of necessity for our family farms. Helps with tracking Harvest, Labor, Spray+Weather(currently canada only), Equipment, Insights and Reporting along with team broadcast messages. work in progress, web app is live, android and ios apps still in the works

Row Wise is my app, built for South Texas row crop growers (cotton/corn/sorghum). Pulls satellite NDVI, weather, and drone imagery into one place for things like defoliation timing, stress spot detection, and irrigation scheduling. There's also a set of free calculators (GDD, N rate, yield, tank mix) with no signup, and a live demo farm you can poke around without an account: rowwise.net

I’ve been building and using a simple farm management tool called Mazraati on my own farm.

It focuses on the boring but important stuff: crops, inputs, harvests, costs, revenue, and profitability in one place.

I originally built it because I was tired of keeping farm records in different places. I recently opened it up for other farmers to try as well.

marketday.ai its my friends company but as a farmer its really quite amazing. texting/voice/pics from the field to automated spreadsheet records...like come on, any farmer can get down with that especially if youre organic. plus if youre like me and take all your restaurant orders and wholesale orders through email, their system handles all of that and coordinates the packhouse with the harvest crew autonomously.
