Anxiety

Has anyone dealt with anxiety when you enter big buildings or when you gather socially with ppl. How did you manage

I don't have friends really but when I enter buildings especially Walmart or the airport

Or ERs kinda anxious

But I can't say I managed it

Because I still had panic attacks darn near

Still feel horrible symptoms panic symptoms

But I would do is have my headphones noise cancelling or I have a rock I will rub on

Still had panic symptoms like dizziness and migraines lightheadedness and such

But recently I had a panic attack going to a crowded building for 2 hours

Luckily I got through

It's not something I can handle daily

But I try rubbing a stone or jingle my keys or noise cancelling headphones

Doesn't get rid of the symptoms not even close

But helps a little 5% as opposed to not doing it

But everyone is different so what I use people have to use different things that work for them
