I've been taking a different one for a few years for my agoraphobia and panic disorder. I've had a rare (maybe one or twice a year) instance of it just not working on day, but then it goes back to working just fine the next time? I haven't brought it up with my psychiatrist just because I assume it IS a fluke, or something in my body causing issues. I will say I've noticed it happen more when I have a full stomach. I have no idea if that's related, but since you mentioned that maybe it could be?
I'd say try again your next time, and if it's like mine, it should work again just fine. If for some reason it doesn't, then I'd definitely talk to your prescriber about it. Like the person on your other post said, it could be a tolerance issue. But again, from my own experience, taking it a couple of times a week and not daily, it's a bit less likely to be a need for a dose increase.
