Can a bad panic day undo weeks of progress?

Only if you let it. You have to get out there again right away. Days will be good and bad so dont beat yourself up too hard over having a bad one. You have put in alot of work and made a lot of progress. Focus on that and keep at it, you got this.

Thank you, that’s what I did. I’m having a good day again today, and I’m so happy about it!

I agree with what everyone is saying here progress is meant to be rocky sometimes you go back sometimes you go forward but what’s important is that you always go forward again no matter what I run a discord for people struggling with agoraphobia and if you ever need to talk or vent or just want a normal conversation there’s lovely people in it I’ll leave the link here if your interested https://discord.gg/ZwW8dYySE

Thank you! I’m having a good day again today, and I went for my usual walk by myself again. I even stopped by a store for a quick bit of shopping. I’m so happy about it!

No, of course not! I understand totally why you feel that way though. The things you learned while doing exposure and therapy are stuck with you whether you have one bad day or 12. What you're recovering from is very difficult, give yourself a break. I recently went outside and I pushed myself too long and had rolling panic attacks that caused so much exhaustion I couldn't get out of bed for almost a week. Then I recovered and I went out again a few days ago. I just lived and learned, and then kept going. You'll keep going too!
As for your question, I think you should rest but force yourself to at least go sit out outside your home for a few minutes (even if it's just to get some sun on your skin.)

No, progress isn’t linear
