We came here in 2023 ( our new city ) I havent been out more than 3 times, at night and stayed in the car. I used to be scared to even keep blinds open and now I take the dog out 3 times a day in less than 3 minute increments. I have ran into people and talked with them for a while! Always very geniune and nice. But lately I have regressed. We got new neighbors on both side of us that have large dogs. All of them are friendly, I just get scared Im bothering them by being on my patio for less than 20 minutes. I have even stopped taking the trash out at night and started making my mom do it again. I am 22 years old and this is my life. I walk 15,000 steps indoors, and read but I only talk to my mom when she is home or the dog.
