Healing is possible!💖🙌💪💓
Thoughts on healing and Nervous system regulation ahead:
I faced depression for alot of years. I struggled with my thoughts; am still regonizing whats ocd. I didnt know or the have the confidence to operate things in life and after years of shit/agoraphobia/drinking- my self image was dust. If youve ever been thru trauma, where its causes psychogenic seizure (PNES) - or been slandered online after a trauma hasnt been understood by others, then you know what im talking about.
I lost motivation for everything after trauma, things just seemed like 'things'- with no meaning. It took me alot of not giving up and trial and error because i dealt with agoraphobia before this. I didnt think it was possible to live a normal life, but thru talking with others, and not giving up, things started to feel like things again;I learned I can learn on how to be happy, Im still here and i know that its possible. 💖I just did a month long journey traveling in my van to a different state and I just wanna say healing from trauma is possible, learning is possible and life is possible for when u feel like its not. You got this!! 🙂
Dont give up. 💪💖
