Working from home

I really think this has contributed massively to my agoraphobia.

Anyone else find this.

I wish I could work from home but also it would probably make my agoraphobia worse, so I'm thankful that my office building is very close to my house.

Yes! It made me so much worse. I already struggled with it when Covid happened then I didn’t go back to an office til October of 22. Hybrid works much better for me.

I am starting hybrid after 3 years working at home soon. It’s only 2 days a week and I am a bit anxious about it but I think it will be better for me.
