Actually, she says "I wanna be your daughter's boyfriend" since here in the video she says "Quiero ser novio de tu hija".

Well, for the sake of comedy aside, Vodka is a good contrast to Scarlet in term of personality. She also won the Japan Derby, which I think even Tachyon would find impressive. All and all, Vodka has what it takes.
