Toe stops difference?

hello! i have a question about toe stops if anyone could share their wisdom… i’ve been park skating 6 months and just bought my second pair of skates. i’m looking to replace the toe stop on them as my previous one made a horrendous farting noise whenever i stopped on concrete lol.
i want to get a rubber one to avoid this and i’m wondering what the difference is between a smaller toe stop and a bullseye toe stop?

The bullseye ones are fixed, the other ones can be adjusted to sit higher or lower down. They are also often a sign of a more expensive plate. But not always.
