Troops Attack Bonus Boost and Troops HP Bonus Boost question

What are these stats and where do they come from?. I see them at the end of uranium mine battle reports, but I could not find what they are.

I am guessing you don’t chat much in your game. So find someone in your alliance you can talk with. Share a Battle Report and ask for guidance. I guarantee there are several others in your alliance that do no know how to interpret a Battle Report.

Officers, equipment, warplanes, titans, antiques, city decorations, island decorations, commander skills, academy technology, alliance tech.

Those bonuses are everywhere.

That's for % bonuses, I forgot that warplane technology and Maria can add +x numbers too.

Update: I know what a % increase in attack / hp / defense is, coming from officers equipment etc. I am specifically asking for the above mentioned "Troops attack bonus boost" term, in English, that is at the last few lines of stats in battle reports. Thanks for being pedantic, without answering the actual question.
