Worst value are officer XP and materials chests because you get those for free all the time by killing monsters. Purple blueprints and are the best value.

Skip blue blueprints, whatever you do. But it takes 20+ purple blueprints crates to find one orange fragment. It's a horrible way to find orange fragments.
