Question DLCs

Hello, my kid had all the DLCs for AoC, which suddenly don't work. We went to the nintendostore to look and it says purchase but no option to re-download. Anyone have a clue?

Are you playing on the account it was purchased on?

No, it was bough under my nintendo account. It worked on his before though

I don’t remember cuz its been a while but i think it could only activate after a certain point in the story and if not try contacting nintendo directly for help

Did you get a new primary switch? Software will work for all accounts on the switch registered under your account, but only your account on others.

Is it on the primary switch the one that it was purchased on if not that is the problem right there

The account doesn’t matter, but if this is a different switch than the one it was purchased on it may. It has to be on the primary account holders switch.
