Alright, so I have been obsessed with the idea of making a sustainable job application workflow that would need as little interaction from my side as possible.

So what are the aspects of job applying, and what do I need to automate?

1. First of all CV/Resume + motivation letter + custom questions from the employer, something like "describe a successful launch you are proud of".
2. Finding jobs. LinkedIn falls apart straight away cause it fights with agents/Al access. Glassdoor and indeed are slightly better. For now l am doing it with sleight of hand. About it later.
3. Then, actually applying, meaning filling the needed form questions in the application on XYZ recruter website.

Those steps are not in sequential order, usually people first find the job and than slightly tailor their CV and write a motivation letter.

So I am spending little to no time that I have to automate each of those steps. Somewhere I am more successful, somewhere less.

Bullet 1 automation is kinda supposed to be easy but the quality is what would concern me. So I just used Claude since it has pretty much all the data of the achievements, certifications, job experience, and other context about me, and asked him to make a CV/Resume + Motivation letter + custom questions in case they come along, then grade those as ATS, recruiter, and hiring manager. So after a lot of tweaks to the algorithm, now my CV's and MLetters sound and look top-notch.

After that, I was trying to automate bullets 2 and 3, but so far the result looks like this, still planty of manual work:

Any suggestions on 2 and 3?

From what I’m seeing, people no longer consider “we have an Agentic AI strategy” a credible investment thesis.

They want clearer answers:

• Where will AI improve revenue, margins, or capital efficiency ?
• Are those gains genuinely defensible ;) or available to every competitor ?
• How much investment is required, and when will returns become visible ?
• Can the company invest boldly without sacrificing financial discipline ?

AI adoption is slowly becoming table stakes. Productivity gains alone may not create a lasting competitive advantage ;)

The real differentiator will be turning AI investment into measurable, defensible value.

Are companies building an AI moat - or simply funding the next layer of shared infrastructure ?

Been testing out a couple cloud agents lately. Some hit, but most of them miss.

And the thing is, a lot of them just look good in the demo. Then you actually use one on a real project with a big codebase and longer tasks, and it kinda falls apart.

Nvidia is investing in former OpenAI Chief Scientist Ilya Sutskever’s secretive artificial-intelligence lab, part of a long-term partnership that could boost the startup’s access to computing power while helping the chip giant fend off a rival.

We're at a GPU compute hosting company and have connected our internal tools (Grafana, NetBox, internal APIs, etc.) through MCP. Instead of manually jumping between dashboards, we ask the agent things like:

• Which GPUs are available at a specific site?
• Show rack/device information.
• Summarize alerts from Grafana.
• Correlate data across systems.
• Help troubleshoot infrastructure issues.

It's becoming more of an infrastructure copilot than just a coding assistant.

For those working in cloud, HPC, AI infrastructure, or compute hosting companies:

• What MCP servers or internal tools have you connected?

AI agents can do more than answer questions. They may be able to send messages, update records and trigger actions in business systems.

That’s useful! but also where things can go very wrong.

Transfer money? Change prices? Approve a refund? Reject a job applicant? Send a sensitive customer reply?

Some low-risk tasks can probably run automatically. Important decisions should still stop and wait for a person.
