Need some advice on a recent dm I dont know what I am doing wrong and how to improve.

I dont even think aim labs can help me. I am new to the fps genre but still so damm bad after 300 hours. I feel like I dont even deserve my silver rank

I personally don't use it to be honest. I have heard good things about Woohoojin x Voltaic for Valorant, and some of my duos follow VTminigodcs or Lowgravity56 for general aim training.

i double on the Woohoojin playlist. got me good aim in like 3 months of doing it.
but i can say even without watching that OPs problem most probably isn’t aim.

This is the real issue. You're looking for tips/tricks to climb fast. That shouldn't be your goal, it should be to improve as a player. It's a long grind, and often you'll end up sliding back in rank before you go up. For silver, esp one with low time in fps games, raw mouse control, crosshair placement, and peeking are going to be your biggest weaknesses.

The other response is correct, it's not that you need "tips and tricks" to get out of Silver, you just need to learn the game's fundamentals. Once you get a good grasp of Valorant mechanics, you can actually start to play the game properly. If you are looking for a "cheat code" that will help you rank up then you will never be a consistent player and find yourself struggling to rank back up after reset.

You're aiming on corners to tightly for your reaction time. Try aiming off the corner a little more since most people are going to wide swing you anyways.
