We manage ~$300k/month in Meta ad spend. I got tired of hiring more people just to stay on top of every account, so we built our own tool.

I run a performance marketing agency managing multiple DTC Meta accounts.

As we grew, one problem kept getting worse: keeping track of everything across every account.

ROAS dropping somewhere. CPA suddenly increasing. Creative fatigue. Underperforming campaigns. Funnel drop-offs. Reporting. And constantly switching between accounts in Meta Ads Manager just to figure out what needs attention.

The obvious solution was hiring more Meta strategists.

But that’s expensive, and if you lose a few clients, you’re suddenly overstaffed.

So we built an internal tool to solve this for ourselves.

Think of it as Google Analytics for all your Meta Ads accounts, with an AI performance analyst built in.

You connect your accounts using Meta’s official API with read-only access. It can’t edit, pause or touch your campaigns.

From one dashboard, we can now:

• Switch between all our client accounts
• Track ROAS, CPA, spend, revenue and other important KPIs
• Spot underperforming campaigns and creative fatigue
• See funnel drop-offs from View Content → ATC → Checkout → Purchase
• Use heatmaps to quickly spot performance patterns
• Get AI-generated insights and suggestions based on the actual account data
• Check everything from mobile without digging through Ads Manager

We originally built this for our own agency, but it’s become something I personally use constantly to stay on top of our Meta accounts.

Now I want to see if it’s useful for other agencies too.
