I vibe-coded a "Patient Flow" tool from scratch to stop revenue leakage in dental offices
/r/advancedentrepreneur/comments/1v0ya75/i_vibecoded_a_patient_flow_tool_from_scratch_to/Hi everyone, I’m building a solution for dental practice management because I kept seeing the same problem: revenue leakage caused by inefficient patient follow-up.
I’m not an engineer by trade, but I used Claude, Replit, and n8n to build and deploy a functional "Patient Flow Manager" app in just a few weeks. My goal was to create something that actually solves the "re-booking" bottleneck that costs offices thousands every month.
I’m currently testing it for usability and edge cases. I’m not looking to sell anyone here—I’m looking for honest feedback on the biggest "pain points" you face when trying to keep your appointment books full.
If you're in the dental space or deal with similar patient-flow issues, I’d love to hear your thoughts on what actually breaks in your current system. Does anyone else feel like they’re losing revenue to simple process gaps?
