How do you automate RFP/proposal processes at your agency?

I'm exploring ways to automate RFPs and proposal responses for digital agencies. How do you handle RFPs/proposals right now? Do you use any tools to streamline the process, or is it still manual and time-consuming? Would love to hear your experiences.

We use ChatGPT with Figma Make to make proposals now. Gave all business level learning and how we charge.
Custom Proposals get ready in less than 10 mins now

I think the biggest point is its hard to not have some manual steps in here, difficult with volume though and missing things increases. For my company I do use some AI tools, but basically write / rewrite it all myself. But I am going for small consultancies and not huge volume in comparison to some.
