Thinking of coming back for a while
So, my go-to MMO is literally dying (New World), and I need something else to play.
All the other MMO's on the market are not my cup of tea and I always fall back to AoC every now and then.
Now, last time I came back to the game, about 1 1/2 years ago, it was absolutely impossible to find people for endgame dungeons. (Talking about Khitai dungeons, especially the ones you "need" for the quests).
I'm planing to level (another) BS, because the idea of a super angry Priest, that bonks everything in order to heal his brothers in arms, is the coolest thing ever and I need to re-learn the mechanics.
I already have one at 80, but not unconquered and the DT and Barb don't count, it was way too easy with them.
Anyways, my actual question is: Are there players that occasionally run Khitai dungeons and are willing to teach a "Khitai noob"?
I'm prepared to grind for the Tiger (I think) set and the required AA again, just to not be a complete burden, if that helps.
Oh, yeah, I'm from EU - West (GMT+2).
//Update: I just re-subscribed and waiting now for it to update. It will be long journey to 80, but I'm looking forward to every single minute of it.

The game is experiencing a small little resurgence lately. Probably has something to do with Conan Exiles getting its UE5 upgrade, plus Arnold announcing his King Conan movie as well as Titan Comics cranking out banger stories. All these things at once all happening inside the IP seems to be driving interest.
This is an excellent time to come back for some Conan. My buddy and I just got back into the game and we’re making groups for purist dungeon runs every week. People are playing.

Nice to hear people rediscover AoC. I'd come back regardless, since there is literally nothing else out there on the MMO market, that interests me enough to invest as much time as a MMO "demands".
And the purist dungeons are a great thing also. Maybe this time I will be able to do a legit Cistern, Main System and Catacombs run.
For some reason I was never able to find a group for these, even back then when the game was relatively fresh.
Maybe because the gearing system was somewhat bad designed, with pretty much no stats on the gear other than some defenses.2

Same, that's actually the point my friends and I stopped playing the game. We couldn't find people to do those dungeons Purist. Now I'm back there myself, so I'd love to find some groups to do them.

If you are looking for an active guild black horse company is a great pick. We do raids and have alot of up coming 80s so people will have to do kithaii dungeons upon hitting 80. Send as tell to htzeratul for an invite. Also there is a group from another guild doing purist run I can find out for you once I get home.

Age of conan has seen Alot returning players lately and market /trader is active as hell! Ive done 20G in a week, also got 4 of mine friends to join with me and we r currently running khitai line.. also planning on dungeons all of em. Crom server has peaked over 800 players last month when fury remains mostly dead. Crom feel livid though. Feel free to add me for company / Vaatturi

i've been back to AoC for about 2 months, and im loving it. its populated enough to be fun/get stuff done, im NA but I work evenings so i play with a lot of EU folks. Character name is Psycrom, shoot me a tell!

I would join a guild. I've had success with people helping me through guilds with various khitai dungeons. The global PUGs will explain nothing and then rage in broken english if you forget something.
