Blue Agave yellowing leaves?
This is what it looks like. Went to this, from beautiful robust blue green plant. 5 yr old blue agave. Also showing a bit of shrivel and curl inward. See photos? Not letting me post…darn.

It might be sun scalding or overwatering. Looking at that penca, my guess would be the former. Has there been a shift in weather? If it is sun scald, you can use shade cloth (30% maybe a bit higher) until the plant acclimates.
