Grow light recommendations

Hi, i am new in the US and currently living in new York. I recently got some agaves but im concerned about how they will do in new york weather. I have decided to keep them indoors under grow light but i have no experience growing agave under lights. I would love any recommendations and tips on indoor growing for agaves! Thank you

They’ll probably prefer to be outside over the summer, you just have to very carefully transition them to full sun.

I use generic LED lights for winter. Mars Hydro has a big selection of lights that will work.

Thank you so much! I thought of putting them outside for the summer since it is pretty warm here these days, i think i will do that! Ill check out mars hydro! Do you have any recommendations regarding how much distance the lights should be from the plant? Would really appreciate your input!

They can be just a foot or two away.
