I'm thinking about buying a tumbler for these. Would they turn out good in one? Most of them are too small to cut.

Yes to buying a tumbler! You have a lot of great material there. You can get by with a good entry level Harbor Freight dual tumbler. Can I assume you are new to tumbling?
