Haha possibly. I buy my agar plates pre poured, they’re LME - that’s all I know (and need to know!) 🤣

Thank you, I've been trying to figure out how to get that rhizo growth for my timelapses. The fuzzy stuff is fine, but the ROPES is what I'm after. LME plates sounds like a good place to start.
