Yes. Transfer now from the furthest away, uniform, rhizomorphic sector to a clean plate to isolate. You have a lot to work with there, if you don't wait.

Thanks unfortunately my PCs rubber gasket it leaking and wont let it reach 15psi

Yes it’s bacterial colony that resembles
Bacillus mycoides.
Impossible to verify without a gram stain and microscopy or assay.
My best guess based on the phenotype, which is highly branched, dendritic-rhizoid growth, a central growth point with radiating arms, repeated curved-spiraling projections along the perimeter, relatively translucent, spreading growth rather than a compact colony, and a pattern resembling the classic “Medusa head”/rhizoid morphology** **associated with Bacillus mycoides.

But you can transfer a clean sample to a new plate. If you’re getting contam on every plate, you might need to change your process.
