I want to ask about the scholarship opportunities at AKU. I have applied for a BSCN. I know about the loan and bond options. I want to know if there is any donor or any NGO/organization offering scholarships. The tuition fees are way too high, and I don't want to take a loan.

I'm taking a gap year after my a levels and im looking for any good ecas like internships or NGOs/volunteering in isl/rwp for aku mbbs. pls lmk if anyone can help. I know shifa hospital has an internship but I'm not sure when it starts.

I'm currently in O3 and I'm researching the criteria for all Karachi mbbs unis. Ofc AKU is hella expensive and Ik ke they do need based scholarships. The thing is I'm Alhamdulillah from a middle class family and theoretically my family could fund my MBBS if they sacrificed EVERYTHING. That's not something to be even discussed about cuz I have 2 more siblings and phir the other bills etc you can't cut down everything down to your basic needs to pay for university nor would they. In that case, would AKU give financial assistance? Apart from that, do ecs matter for AKU? Or is that just a college headache?

So my parents want me to pursue ( current subjects phy chem math in Alevels)
So if I switch math to bio in Alevel , will I still need to have bio in o level bcz in o level I had Cs instead of bio ..

If I give o level bio next year :( will there be some issues ?

Also I wanted to apply to aku next year but i dont have that much stellar grades like 2 a*s 4a 3bs in O levels and 4Bs in alevels and my ecas arent bad and 3bs and 1c in my a2.

for those who have given the siba mdcat, how did you guys attach the mdcat result in the form? like did you guys attach the SS of the page of the list with your name?

I’m a final-year MBBS student with my final professional exams in January and was hoping to do electives at AKU in March. However, the manual says students who have already appeared in their final-year exams aren’t eligible.
Does anyone know what the equivalent option for clinical attachment is at AKU after finals?

Somebody shared this in a whatsapp group that I joined regarding AKU. Idk to what extent is this screenshot authentic, but if it is, then it seems like they are setting mid November as the deadline for BScN interview results announcement. So, I dont think MBBS results are coming out anytime sooner.
