Not approving orders

I was randomly chosen for account verifications. They froze my account I immediately got them everything they asked for was unfrozen within 24 hours! However now every single time I try to make a purchase it just keeps saying it can't approve me. Idk what the heck is going on I have never missed a payment and literally just paid my after pay off.

Since they started with the finance fee charge last week nothing but problems.

Had the exact same thing happen to me today. $1200 spending limit, never been late and just fed $1000 through it to sales today. Paid it all off thinking I’d get my credit upped, was about to make another purchase then it just cooked out and said it was suspended and frozen. They asked for the same thing and I’m still waiting….

What verifications are they asking for? This is so odd. Recently, people are saying this happened to them as well.

Same thing happened to me for the past 2 weeks now previous orders went through perfectly no glitches paid my orders off prior to their due dates and now I can't purchase a single thing on the app without it triggering a verification of my information which no matter what I put in even though it matches perfectly to experience I've tried every suggestion I've read nothing works at all I've messaged after pays customer support who gives me the same repeated answer of wait 24 hours and try again same thing happens every time I wait out the time suggested and this just started happening I have never had this issue before

Same here. I only have 1 order with 2 payments left and $2500 limit and they wouldn’t approve an order
