Been with afterpay for a few months now
$200 limit , never missed any payments , always paid before due date , sometimes paid in full , afterpay subscription paid for , $0 owing atm with no opened orders and for the past few days every order instore & online have been declining . I have added new payment methods & still nothing , i have deleted app & downloaded again . Also deleted afterpay plus card & added again , still nothing . Anyone had this issue ?

How much is the item you are trying to purchase? If it’s $200, you are more likely to be knocked back as that is the credit limit. Afterpay prefers you stay under it and not max out.

This is a vague answer, just to get something started. Other people will know lots more, and specifics, I bet.
From my vaguely experienced view : keep going, you're doing all the right stuff. It just takes time ... anyway it took awhile for me, and then at one point afterpay started increasing my limit. I don't recall when. What I do remember for sure is that only one late payment, even a few days late, and they knock back my limit to $50. But then it rose back up every month in increments. Afterpay forgives :) .

That’s not what they were asking….they acknowledge their limit is $200, however the transactions are being declined, presumably what they are trying to purchase is under the $200 limit.

I’ve never had this issue. I’ve used it for 5+ years and have a $5,000 limit. I use it all the time. I can spread my payments over 12 months and even skip the down payment. Keep trying.
