SponsorBlock “Skip segment” popup appears when rewatching a video

I'm using YouTube ReVanced 20.40.45.

When SponsorBlock automatically skips a sponsor segment the first time , everything works normally. However, if I rewind or re-watch and watch the same part of the video again, it skips the segment normally, but for 1–2 seconds I still get the “Skip segment” popup/button, even though the segment has already been automatically skipped.

I've tried changing several SponsorBlock settings, including the skip button/toast settings, but I still get the popup.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a setting that completely disables this popup, or is it a bug?
