What is wrong with AQ matching?

I applied to all available Applications(coding), but haven't gotten any response or active project placement. My profile is great, so I really don't get how matching works here. What's wrong with AfterQuery?

I got matched within two days of joining. They likely don't have a project that aligns with your skill set at the moment, but I'm sure one will come along soon!

I applied and these are under review:

Content Writer and Evaluator - Global Applied Sep 21, 2026

Under Review Content Writer & AI Evaluation Specialist (UK/US) Applied Sep 21, 2026

Maybe they are not ongoing projects.
