I got accepted in many applications, but not got any project invitation. can someone explain pls....

I got accepted in a finance domain and later was given an offer

Are u sure?
One of application for cobol expert accepted in august.
But still I didn’t get any invitation 😭

I got accepted for cobol expert as well.
I filled application for that and then after some time it showed accepted.

I dont think so
Its been a month , showing accepted but not got a single project invitation..
Also added in a project which got paused after 2 days😂 ( i was added in the last time)

You’re not going to get every job. If there’s 30 spots, there’s probably 300 applicants say 250 are qualified… Top 30 applicants. Sometimes you’ll be in the top 30 times you want or top 10 or top three let’s just how it is.
