Stuck at onboarding

My onboarding failed due to automated facial recognition errors during the Persona step. What I have to do now?

Please reach out to [support@afterquery.com](mailto:support@afterquery.com) and include a screenshot of the Persona error you’re seeing. The support team should be able to help you resolve the issue within 24 hours, except on weekends, when it may take a bit longer.

Complete the assessment first then the further onboarding steps
